Completed Work
“An Argument For The Compensability of Regulatory Takings,” This was initially written as my 325 page dissertation. This work deals with the need for the Court to develop a standard wherein, what I contend is the Founder’s original intent, a person would be entitled to protection from government intrusion into the “bundle of sticks” that is composed of our rights in property. Further I propose a new, yet commonly used in other legal disciplines, “test” by which it could be determined whether or not one would be entitled to compensation when one of those sticks is removed from the bundle. I am currently discussing publication of this work with several law book publishers as a book or to be edited as a textbook.
